As a result of our efforts and overwhelming positive responses to the information we find and share, we have started what is known as The New Face of Recovery ™.
This is a movment toward ending addiction forever with successful rehabilitation practices and becoming permanently recovered - not continually going in and out of treatment and staying "in recovery." By survey we have found that most people do believe this should be the case.

The variables involved in substance abuse and addiction are endless since each person has their own factors and circumstances including which drug(s), length of time, medical condition, previous treatment attempts, social and family issues, criminal activity, etc. Therefore, there is no one way that works for everyone. Even the best standardized programs have to have elements that work with people on their individual needs to restore abilities in life. It is more than just addressing the symptoms of addiction - it's about rehabilitating life.
